All-year-round rates
ZAR 14,000 per week, or
ZAR 49,000 per month.

This includes a housekeeper 5 mornings per week. A 'breakage' deposit of ZAR 10000 is required and the full amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Water and electricity consumption in excess of the average household consumption will be charged for.

You will find the house as we live in it. With its library full of books in English, French, Dutch, German and the odd one in Italian, Spanish and Danish; Ethiopian baskets, Shona sculptures and many other artefacts collected during our travels around the world. Paul's photographs too decorate the limited pieces of wall in between the many windows.

Cocagne has bedrooms in different sections of the house:

3 double bedrooms en-suite
1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds
4 bathrooms

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking stove, oven, microwave, large fridge en freezer, utensils, recipe books, spices, and more.
