The sun filled top floor with ensuite master bedroom and children’s bedroom has a private terrace and uninterrupted views over the bay, the valley and the reserve.

The entertainment area’s 3m high and 5m wide doors open up competely to create a wonderful open flow between the lounge and the patio with swimming pool and jacuzzi. In winter, the large open fireplace in the lounge is most enjoyable.

The top floor looks out over the entertainment area (6m from bottom floor to ceiling) and is toddler-proof. The open structure of the villa allows children to sleep, rest and play in their own space, yet within close proximity of their parents.

There are 2 self-contained ensuite bedrooms are ground level that are ideal for teenagers, grandparents or guests who want their own space. Each room has its own entrance and kitchenette.
